Hello, my name is Burak Ayyorgun and I am a current Senior at Battlefield High School! This is my Bio/Personal website where all my research, blogs, and websites will be. For the past 7 years I have been tinkering with electronics and Arduinos to make my ideas come to life. I've built and prototyped various electronics circuits, robots (from self-balancing and robotic arms to drones and autopoilot UAVs), and I have written dozens of Python programs that use AI to accomplish various tasks (from recreations of famous games like Pong to face orientation estimators)! I am also a mathematics enthusiast, self-learning advanced math topics (from Analytic Geometry and Linear Algebra to Calculus topics).
I am fluent in many computer languages and enjoy making various robotics/electronics projects with the help of math!
Prorgamming edge devices (microcontrollers like the Arduino, Raspberry Pi Pico, and Particle Boron; and on the Raspberry Pi 4) to accomplish various tasks. I also have done work on developing ML models for edge devices.
I have coded various ML architectures in Python and trained the models to optimize accuracy. I have also written many programs in Python to do AI tasks (like facial orientation estimation).
Application of mathematical topics in computer programs and elsewhere. I am an avid self-learner and have learned and applied topcis like partial derivatives and gradient descent in CS projects.
Arduino Programming
Starting at the end of 2020, I have programmed many robots, from self-balancing robots to autopilot UAVs!
AI and ML with Python
class="subtitle">Taught myself Python and AI via the internet and used these skills to build various AI enabled applications (object detection, person detection, facial orientation estimators, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.). I have also learned training and developing ML models in Python (TensorFlow with Keras) for embedded systems.
Mathematics
Starting with Khan Academy in 5th Grade and then an Algebra textbook at the end of 6th grade, I have been teaching myself the fundamentals of mathematics and problem-solving. And since the start of 8th Grade, I've been learning from the Art of Problem Solving textbooks! I have tought my self topics like analytic geometry, proofs, calculus concepts, linear algebra, and much more.
